In a time of a global pandemic, when the COVID-19 crisis struck every corner of the globe, Woonsocket would be no exception. March 12, 2020 was the last day we saw our youth artists in person. But the Riverzedge team sprang into action. Determined that no virus, however novel, would keep us from achieving our mission of connecting youth with arts and enrichment education! Against all odds, we have maintained all staff, gone virtual with programming as of April 14, re-employed our youth at their usual hourly wage, created new merchandise and kept our timelines for all our client commissions!
Now, we need your help! These efforts are not easy or covered by our budget. Please consider making a contribution in any amount. Your support helps us to continue to employ our youth and staff in the arts and design training and development that helps make our community a more dynamic and equitable place. Please click on the Donate button on our website to help out if you can. THANK YOU from all of us at Riverzedge Arts.
