Board of Directors Opportunities
Are you interested in sharing your time and wisdom to support a nonprofit that works with youth using art and education for social change? Well, Riverzedge Arts is looking for board members! Each member works with staff and other board members to grow the existing good work that the nonprofit has done for the last two decades.
For more details on time commitment and responsibilities, please send an email to info@riverzedgearts.org.
Volunteer Opportunities
Youth at Riverzedge Arts spend hundreds of hours working with mentors, professional artists, clients, and engaged community members. The results are significant for our youth – we see improvements in school performance, reductions of substance abuse and other high-risk behaviors, and higher rates of academic success and college attendance. Without dedicated volunteers, we could not make this happen. Consider helping teens at Riverzedge with your time, expertise, or business skills.
Notice of Program Pause and Organizational Redesign
Riverzedge Arts will temporarily pause youth programming and client services from September to December 2024.
For over 20 years, we have been committed to providing arts education, workforce training, and a safe space for thousands of young people to explore their creativity. However, in response to an increasingly challenging funding environment, we are taking this time to redesign our organization to better serve the youth and families in our community.
We invite you to play a role in the future of Riverzedge Arts. For opportunities to get involved, email us at info@riverzedgearts.org, or consider making a donation HERE to help us continue making a difference.
